Well, I know that this has been awful quiet for awhile here, but I reckon that I ain't had anything to say just yet. I am thinkin' about putting some pictures of sunsets and sunrises (KANSAS ones!) on here sometime soon, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Maybe sometime this week...since it snowed, so we can't do soil sampling right now. But did you see that? IT SNOWED!!!! Yep, and not a bad amount either! Maybe around 1 to 3 inches, but it also drifted, so there are places where it is really deep! Yay! And up in our trees there are some really nice drifts for us to play in and mess up! Great fun! =0) I'll let y'all see some pictures one of these days. But for now, you will have to deal with just words! Haha! That is all for this time. Until a later date and time...

The Debate on Which Language is the Most Ridiculous
All right, well, since you have basically tortured me into writing another debate, I will do so as efficiently as I can! I'm kidding about the tortured part, of course. I knew that it was high time for another debate, just my brain has not been able to think up anything to debate about, it has been silent. Just like this blog. Hah.
I don't have much time, but I will post my thoughts on the subject suggested "Which language is the most ridiculous". Thank you for the idea, Grace! It is appreciated.
Okay, well, I think that I agree with Grace, that English is a rather silly language! I have also heard that it is one of the most difficult ones to learn, because there are so many different ways to say something that means the same thing. And there are also rules that get broken quite frequently! English is not a law abiding citizen! It should be put in jail! Police! Okay, that was off on a cattle trail. Anyway, there are also several words in English that are spelled entirely different from how they are pronounced! Which makes it really hard to figure out what is the correct way to pronounce it! Especially for new readers, or new learners of the language. I mean, how are they supposed to know?
English also can be confusing at times. On which words should be used in certain sentences, because sometimes one word sounds right, but it really is not. And then another word sometimes can sound like it does fit, but really doesn't!
I agree with Josie, we should all learn German instead! I would really like to do that, actually! It has been a language I have always liked! =)

Well, I do indeed realize that it has been quite a little while since I last wrote on here. Oops. Sorry about that. Guess I just don't got no advice for y'all! But that's okay. I do have a bit of advice, when driving, don't swerve to miss something! It usually doesn't do much good! You should just keep driving straight ahead, and look where you WANT to go, NOT where you don't want to go! Because you will go towards where you are looking. Especially when you see a deer, don't swerve to avoid hitting it! That can cause even more of an accident. Just brake REALLY hard (as hard as you can!), and hold the steering wheel straight. However, when you are going off the road or something, DO NOT jerk the wheel or slam on the brakes. Just hold onto the steering wheel and take your foot off of the gas! And let the car gradually slow down. That way it is a lot less likely for you to over-correct, and roll or something worse. It will be noisy and scary, but just hold on! It's better than rolling! These are things that I have learned from my Pa! Who is a very good driver. Never had an accident in a car before. Just thought I'd share those things with y'all. And drive defensively! Watch out for the other drivers out there! And drive with confidence, and don't be overly cautious and careful, just enough. I used to be way too cautious and even scared when I drove, but not anymore! I kinda like driving now. It's a good thing.
